In the actual process of cable production, a practical control process is necessary if we want to reach strict control of the quality of products so that to increase the product qualified rate and ensure high quality.

The specific implementation is as follows:

1. Strict control of raw material quality

We choose the different categories of suppliers according to the classification of the quality of raw materials, and carries on the dynamic management of suppliers, and take comprehensive evaluations regularly once a year. 

Our purchasing staff must purchase raw materials from our determined qualified subcontractors, at the same time to strengthen raw material incoming inspection work inside the company, to ensure the quality of raw materials which will be used in the production process meets the requirements.

2. Control the quality during the production process

Cable products manufacturing needs a lot of working procedures, its product quality control mainly depends on the quality control during the process of production, so firstly, our the company compiled some detailed work instructions based on different working procedures.

And equipped with specialized production technology engineers to trace and verify, so that production problems can be handled timely. 

Secondly, we established a perfect production process quality record, to ensure the production record of each process is under control, and be able to track back, inspection, and examination shall be conducted by full-time inspectors.

3. Control of non-conforming items and correction

Our company will never let unqualified products and non-conformance terms arise from the quality management system operation. 

We will find every reason which leads to quality problems and unqualified items, then distinguish responsibility, and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Then the quality control department will track the problem-solving result and do an on-site inspection in place. to stop repeating similar quality problems occur.

4. Control the finished product quality

To take 100% of the routine test of every plate of wire and cable to be stored or to be delivered. If found the unqualified product, storage or shipment is not allowed.
